Fees may be paid for the Academic year in three instalments or on monthly payment plan. The fees includes tuition fees, ID card, ICT, performing arts/evening games/study room/multimedia, kits, co-curricular activities, labs, library, sports for the academic year.

 

 

Guidelines for Payment of Fees

  • All payments should be made by the due date.

  • Fee payments are due from the time of joining the school.

  • For admissions in the middle of the session the fee payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the balance period of the academic year and the school will consider the date of joining as the 1st day of the month of joining. 

 

Procedure for Remitting Payments

All cheques/ drafts/ remittances to be made in favour of Amity Private School Sharjah, and must clearly state

Post Admission

After the admission is granted to the student the School shall issue an Admission Acceptance Letter and Fee Performa Invoice to the Parent/ Legal Guardian.

 

Parents/ Legal Guardians are required to Submit the duly signed duplicate copy of Admission Acceptance Letter within a day in order to confirm and reserve the space for their child/ward. Parents further need to fill and submit various documents, forms and declarations that would be given along with admissions acceptance letter.

 

 

Depositing School Fee          

On being offered Admission parents will be given one week duration to pay the admission fee (if the student is not joining immediately) as detailed in the Fee Performa Invoice to secure the place.

 

Various School Fee as detailed in the Fee Performa Invoice can be deposited at the time of accepting the admission but not later than the dates indicated in the Fee Structure of the school. Students shall not be allowed to attend the school if all or any of the Fee/ Amount is due.

 

Student Allotments

On paying the fees, The Admission Office shall facilitate issuance/allotment of the following for each student:

 

  • Section – Each student is placed in a section under the care of a Form Tutor. The Form Tutor becomes the first and primary contact for the Parent/ Guardian in the school

  • ID numbers are issued on receipt of fees. This is a unique number allotted to a particular student and should be included in all communication made with school there from. No student shall be allowed to attend classes unless an ID number has been assigned to them

  • Intro Cards - This is a very important instrument for your child/ward's security. Two Intro cards for every student shall be issued in every academic year (usually two weeks from the time the student joins the school). Once the card has been received by the parent, it is the parent's responsibility to safeguard / report the loss of this card in writing to the Head of Admissions/School Principal. The Intro card must be presented, if asked for at the Security Gate of the school or bus stop. Any person carrying a valid Intro Card is authorised to take your child from school.

 

Withdrawal Procedure

It is our endeavour to make Amity Private School, Sharjah an institution where learning takes place joyfully and where parents send their children with trust. We do understand parents may need to withdraw their children for various reasons. In such cases, parents need to fill the Transfer Certificate form.

 

Copies are to be sent to the relevant HM, Head of Admissions and Accounts department. We advise that planned withdrawals should ideally be applied by the end of each term ending June, December and March.

 

Transfer Certificates take 2 to 3 weeks to be issued from the Ministry and will be issued once the student’s dues are all paid. To ensure that the student receives the transfer certificates and recommendation letters promptly, ensure all outstanding dues are cleared.
